~Shipping & Delivery~
Shipping times may vary. Depending on the stock of the item; shipping may take 2-3 weeks from the time the order is placed. Please let us know if you need Express Shipping. . For (pre-ordered) custom made items shipping may take 1-2 weeks to design. When dealing with custom made items, the design time is in addition to the release date.
**All packages will be shipped with No Signature Required unless it's requested by customer.
~Easy Returns~
**PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AS STORE CREDIT ONLY**
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to receive STORE CREDIT (depending on the item, a restocking fee of 25% might be applied). At the moment, we do not do exchanges to avoid confusion. A Return Request Form must be filled out. Once we receive your item(s), we will email a credit too you; which can be used on your next order.
**All RETURNS must be new, unworn, and in original condition and must have its original tag/packaging.
**ALL RETURNS must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item has already been used, worn, or tampered with; the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense. We are NOT responsible for returned items that never arrive to us.
***Custom made and special order items are NOT returnable/refundable. Our items are not mass-produced and requires a lot of labor. Original shipping fees are not refundable and customers will be responsible for shipping charges on all returns except for damaged items or replacements. Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges/fees. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us right away so we can address the issue right away and won't have to charge you!
~Procedure to file for Returns~
The Return Request Form MUST
be filled out completely.
1. List the items being returned
2. Specify the reason for the return
3. Click Submit Return Request
4. Please wait for authorization of the Return
5. Ship out the package to the address specified
**In the return package, please include a copy of your invoice and specify the reason for returning.

We strive for 100% Customer's Satisfaction. We inspect and re-inspect every item that ships out to our customers for quality assurance. Rarely will you receive an item with a manufacture's defect. However, if item(s) arrive damaged during transit or due to manufacture's defect, please contact us.
We will REPLACE the SAME item(s) at no cost to the customer. If the replacement is no longer in stock, we will issue a store credit that will be emailed to you. The store credit can be applied toward your next order.
*** Please note that all damaged /defective / wrong products must ship via USPS First Class Mail (1- 13oz) or USPS Priority Mail (14oz and up); which must have tracking.
~Tracking Your Order~
All orders will be shipped USPS Regular Mail or Priority Mail. A tracking number will be emailed to an email address you provide at the time of check out. USPS Express Mail is available for an additional cost.

Paypal & Square will securely handle all payment transactions using your MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
*You do not need a paypal account to pay with a credit card on this site.
